The Hotel is located about 1000 metres from Downtown, just outside the "pedestrian area", only a few minutes away from "E.Tardini" stadium. It is located in a profitable position in order to get to the nearby bypass roads connecting rapidly our Hotel with highway (first exit "Parma Centro" coming from Reggio Emilia-Bologna, second exit "Parma Centro" coming from Milano), Parma Fair, "G.Verdi" Airport and University Campus.

... FROM A1 HIGHWAY:
Once you left A1 Highway, you have to take the ring road towards REGGIO EMILIA - BOLOGNA, and go on until the end. By the slip road, you have to turn at the right, entering the Via Emilia Est towards the town centre, and go always straight on for approximately 1000 metres. You'll find Residence Hotel on the right side of the road.
... FROM PIACENZA (Via Emilia):
To reach the Hotel you have to take the north ring-road towards REGGIO EMILIA - BOLOGNA and go on until the slip-road by which you have to turn at the right, entering the Via Emilia Est towards the town centre and go straight on for approximately 1000 metres, You'll find Residence Hotel on the right side of the Road.
EITHERWAY:
You have to go on along Via Emilia Ovest towards the centre of Parma, turn right into Via Fleming, then go on along Via Calatafimi and Via Milazzo, and cross Ponte Italia ( Italy Bridge ). After crossing the bridge go on along Via Martiri della Libertà, Via Partigiani d'Italia, Via Emilia Est. Once you entered Via Emilia Est, you bave to go straight on for approximately 500 metres You'll find Residence Hotel on the right side of the road.
... FROM REGGIO EMILIA (Via Emilia):
You bave to go straight on along Via Emilia Est entering the part of the road that goes across Parma and go straight on towards the centre of the city for approximately 1000 metres. You'll find Residence Hotel on the right side ofthe road.
... FROM CISA HIGHWAY:
Once you left the A15, you have to go on along the A1 Highway, going towards BOLOGNA, take
the second exit 'PARMA CENTRO ' (don 't take 'PARMA OVEST ' exit ), then take the North ring road towards REGGIO EMILIA - BOLOGNA until you reach the slip road by which you bave to turn right entering Via Emilia Est towards the town centre and go straight on for approximately 1000 metres. You'll find Residence Hotel on the right side of the road.
